About Us

Lush Lawns Hydro Seeding was established in 1999. It is a division of Mark Felder LLC, which also owns and operates Mark's Bobcat Service.

Lush Lawns Hydro Seeding is, and has been, a long standing member of the IAHP, the International Association of Hydroseeding Professionals, a professional world wide hydro seeding organization that promotes high standards of education and professionalism for its members and the hydro seeding industry.

Mark Felder was the president of the IAHP for 2006, and then was a member of the IAHP Board of directors from 2007 to 2010.

Lush Lawns Hydro Seeding has modern equipment, including a 900 gallon hydro seeding machine. Full lawn installs are over half of the jobs we do. We will finish grade, supply and spread topsoil, rake and hydro seed your lawn.

Most complete lawn installs take between one to 2 days, start to finish. The only thing you need to do is water the newly seeded lawn once the work is finished.

Almost half of our jobs are hydro seeding lawns that are already prepped by others.
